The Where Else to Go podcast launched in February 2016 with a format that features interviews with travelers from around the world. We talk about where to go. . . and where else to go, whether that’s across town or around the world.
Although the format is interview style, it is not structured. Rather, it’s more of a conversation between friends over a cup of coffee or glass of wine. Episodes tend to cover narrow destinations or topics, focusing on cultural and culinary information, in addition to practical considerations.
Target listeners are college educated women looking for a podcast with a female voice and that covers topics relevant to how they research and plan a trip.
The podcast is currently on hiatus and will resume in May 2017.
As the site is new, readership demographics are unreliable. Current site traffic is about 700 readers per month and growing. Downloads from 2016 were 4,146 (provided by Libsyn). Data from Apple iTunes and Google Play are unavailable.
